After Sales Service
We not only sell scooters and mobility equipment, but we also offer high quality after sales service to keep your equipment in tip top working order.
All manufacturers recommend Annual Servicing of their electronic mobility devices and when you are due for a service we will contact you to arrange a mutually suitable time.
Servicing and repairs can be completed either in store or in your own home, depending on the situation and what is required. Complex repairs are generally completed instore after we come to you to collect your device.
Spare parts and accessories are generally available instore, however more obscure parts may need to be ordered in from our suppliers. Turn around times generally are 2-3 days.
